Delivery Policy

Return Policy
No Cancellations or Returns on herbs or custom item orders. Most items are unavailable for returns due to the method in which they are processed, crafted, or created per your request and payment. This is why an additional confirmation is sent before shipping to ensure ‘No Return’ to the sender/vendor.
We understand that there are certain things that happen that are beyond our control, so it’s important to make sure that we’re able to manage our reality. Allergic reactions, unexplained damage, or faulty delivery boys…it happens. Contact us so we can discuss and refund you accordingly. We include insurance with our shipments, especially on paintings or other large items, you're covered.
